Students in my 7th grade Reading class are about to start a historical fiction unit. As a class we will be reading "Flygirl," but all students need an engaging historical fiction text that they chose themselves. The book series of "Prisoner of Night and Fog" has already become a favorite in our school library and having more copies will get even more students the opportunity to read it. The selection of chosen books are from a variety of different historical events so students can choose the perfect book for them! Engaged reading makes for more successful readers! Help my students find the perfect book for them!
