I am asking for tablets for my Kindergarten classroom to enhance their learning. Technology is so important these days, that I would like to share the world with my Kindergartners! As of right now, I am using my phone. For example, today I started a unit on Fairytales. The story today was "Jack and the Beanstalk," I wanted to show my children a picture of a real harp and let the students listen to someone playing the harp. I had to use my phone. My phone is smaller and the students were not able to get the real feel of what an actual harp looks and sounds like. Having tablets in the classroom will help me make these real world connections with my students! In addition, tablets will help with individualized learning.
