Swim on in to my kindergarten class some day and you will see kids getting hooked on books, science and art. We live in the city but we are ready to take a dive into the water and try our hand at fishing--not with a pole but with a tank. Few of my boys and girls have the luxury of caring for pets in their homes and this would be a valuable learning experience. I teach in an inner city school and many of the students have extensive educational and emotional needs. It is my goal to give them as many positive learning experiences as possible.
