These glow in the dark necklaces, bracelets, glasses, balloons, and lights will help our school reward students for earning a certain number of Accelerated Reading points for the whole school year. We will celebrate with a glow in the dark party. Each child that earns the necessary points will attend this party where they will dance, sing, and have fun!
Our goal is to get 100% of our school reading books and taking Accelerated Reading tests. A large percentage of our students do not have books to read at home and many of them were never read to in their toddler years. Therefore, reading is not important in their families.
We want to encourage our students to read. We want to show them that reading is fun and rewarding!
