My students face significant behavioral challenges, and many are on the autism spectrum. Every day, they work hard on building their social-emotional skills—learning how to communicate, self-regulate, and work together. Our classroom is centered around hands-on, sensory-rich activities that help them stay engaged, calm, and ready to learn. With the right tools and materials, my students can develop the confidence and independence they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
