My students are incredible learners with Individual Needs (IND). Most of them are non-verbal, yet they work hard every day to communicate and engage with their lessons. Many come from low-income families, but they still arrive at school eager to learn, grow, and be part of our classroom community. Despite the challenges they face, they show resilience, joy, and determination that inspire me daily. With the right tools and support, they can continue to make progress and reach their fullest potential.
