My students are incoming sixth graders to a title one school in an urban area of North Carolina. They are inquisitive learners who cannot wait to learn more about cultures and people who are miles and years apart from themselves. This will be their first experience in a class dedicated solely to geography and social studies, and I want to make it an amazing one!
