Last year I started a flexible seating layout for my high school students. It was a big success. Students were more comfortable and eager to come to class; which made them more engaged and more interested in learning.
This year I would like to expand my flexible seating options for my students. While I do have some more "traditional " desks in my class, I noticed that most students gravitated to the less traditional seats. I would like to add "wobble" chairs, more camp seats and lap desks for the classroom.
With the addition of new options, I think that my students will be able to focus better which will lead to greater achievement.
