Welcome to adventure, to mystery, to fun, to wonder--welcome to English class! I am currently an English 9 and 12 teacher by day and bibliophile by night. I teach at an urban, title-one (meaning that a majority of my students qualify for reduced or free lunch), high poverty school. My students are very eager to learn and excited to explore the world of literature. Regardless of their surrounding neighborhoods, my students come to class daily in hopes of educating their minds to improve the community and world of which they live. I am proud to be their teacher and so grateful to be in the classroom!
