My students: Are of diverse abilities, and have different learning styles. All of which would greatly benefit from using eye catching visuals in the classroom to help them learn and improve in all subject areas. Our school has been on a temporary site for the last two years. Our students have gone without many amenities and important technological tools. Most of ourstudents are second language learners who need to have good visuals and realia in their instruction to help nurture their English Language Development. Our students live in a rough, low income urban neighborhood. The budget cuts in our district have resulted in larger class sizes and fewer resources for our students who are in need. With Chevron Fuel Your School Challenge, I am pleased to take part and "challenge" everyone to help support technology in the classroom.
