I teach the 4th grade. My students come from various backgrounds. Their school is comprised of mostly free and reduced lunch students. Some of our students do not have basic personal items for themselves, and we work as a team to provide for these students. They are sweet and respectful students, but need to be shown love from their role models at school. They attend an elementary/junior high school that is made up of K-8th grade students. Our students struggle with getting supplies for everyday use and we struggle to provide manipulatives in the teaching of concepts, due to a very limited budget.
