The students in our High School Culinary Arts department are discovering the skills that can last a lifetime. Apart for industry skills such as customer service, restaurant management, safety and sanitation, they are learning teamwork, dedication, taste of new flavors, and best of all the thrill of being apart of something greater. The Culinary students produced roaming appetizers for Parent Teacher Conference, currently offer Take-n-Bake Casseroles for teachers and staff; have been commissioned to cater this year's Prom dinner, and are practicing their Management and Culinary projects for ProStart South Dakota State Competition.
