I have 26 second grade students. We are in an urban school in a medium sized city on the west coast. We have around 400 students in our school. We are lucky to have a wonderful principal and I am lucky to have a great teaching partner who teaches the other second grade. We are a thoughtful and caring bunch of kids. When our neighborhood had a major accident that affected many businesses, our students wrote letters to those businesses to tell them how much we missed them and why they are important to our community.

About my class
