Flexible seating will allow my students to focus and attend to the lesson. Due to our district's Covid-19 safety restrictions, they are not able to move about the room freely. By the afternoon, many of my kids are tipping their chair legs back and forth making it dangerous for them if they slip off of their chairs. Having flexible seating will allow my students to focus and work safely at their desks since they cannot move freely due to our district's Covid-19 safety restrictions. My students are still building up their stamina from being at home for 18 months so focusing in the afternoon is challenging for them. Having flexible stools will help my students safely stay focused in class.
