My 28 kindergarteners attend a Title I school in a lower income urban area. It is not surprising to find that many of these eager learners have not had any prior education (no Pre-K or Headstart) or even academic stimulation (no concepts of colors, letters and lack of fine motor skills). They love to learn by movement, exploring, and playing games.
