The more books we put into our students hands that engage them at their reading level, the more they read! Using new technology that is engaging in a way they have never seen or used before excites them to learn more and more.
Being in a high poverty area these new books and technology are a spark that builds our students confidence with a joy to learn and read every day. The books can be used as a take home to share and return. Reading in first grade is the root system that creates a joy to read all their life.
