I have 19 wonderful five year olds in a public elementary school in South Carolina. Our school serves students in grades Pre-K through 12th grade. We are located in a small rural community. My students' resources and experiences outside of school are extremely limited. They are all so eager to learn and explore, and I want to be able to provide them with that opportunity. My students are funny and caring and they are learning so very quickly. I feel that they are learning how to interact with each other in such a way that will positively serve our small community. They love being read to, writing, and playing literacy games. Please help us to have have a successful and positive classroom this school year!
