Our school is located in Southern California. It has a 98% poverty rate. All students qualify for a free lunch. The school was inspired by Dolores Huerta to encourage the students to overcome poverty and motivate and empower them with phrases like "I believe in me" as our mayor says. This year my students are extremely artistic and love to use art to express themselves. They are also very curious to learn and experiment in the subject of Science.
