My students are just like any other group of first graders. They are very curious, hard-working, and intelligent. However, a large number of my students are unable to access computer technology from their homes. Their experience with computers is limited to the school setting. Our school (Title 1) does its best to fill the void but having a new computer in the classroom would go far to provide them with the computer skills needed.
