I teach art to mild to severely physically and mentally handicapped children ages 3-21. I currently teach a total of 27 classes at two elementary schools and one high school. The majority of my students are non verbal. Some have communication devices in their classrooms to use, but they are very rarely brought to the art room, as they are heavy, cumbersome and difficult to use.
