I work with 10th grade students with learning and intellectual disabilities. My students are served in a self-contained setting and will not get a traditional high school diploma. They come from four different feeder schools. all of which are high poverty. In my classroom, we learn about various jobs in each of the 16 career clusters. We focus on jobs that are accessible to my students.
