My students are children with special needs who are educated on a public school campus and taught California state standards-based material through a variety of modalities to meet their needs. They are a combination of kindergarten students through 3rd graders. Their disabilities may range from autism to intellectually disabled, however our program emphasis is on academics as opposed to functional skills. Students are on Individualized Education Plans and we have one teacher and two paraprofessionals working with students in small groups to meet the needs of each student.
