My students are like all students- bright, curious and excited. The third graders are in that wonderful time of their lives where they are becoming more independent. My kids come into school, everyday, ready to learn and explore life's options. Its up to me share experiences and learning with them that will prepare them for life's choices, obstacles, and teach resilience - and they are extremely resilient. They delight in every new thing they learn and every new thing I bring into their world (the classroom). They are so loving and appreciative that they have my undivided attention and they take risks right along side me because we've built a community of trust. I have a diverse group of learners with diverse needs and learning styles but even so, they all need someone to believe in them!
