Currently, my classroom has one computer (the teacher station) which is hard for the students to work with. Last year I received an ELMO projector, which is great. Unfortunately, it is hooked up to a fifteen year old computer from a storage room. My students are used to hand me downs, and not having the best. I would love to start off their 2011 year with access to a new computer. They need a place to research, create blogs, and play active games! They deserve this. It is not a luxury, it is a necessity!
