This project consists of 2 library shelves. These shelves will help keep books organized for all of my students. Currently half of our books are well organized, and the remainder of books are in broken bins on old shelves. With a large number of kids I'm really trying to stay organized as best I can, with these shelves the students will not only be able to find a favorite book, but they will also be able to put it away independently. These shelves will help our little readers more easily find a book of their interest, while keeping our classroom organized! The ability to find a book of interest will not only help teach independence, but also begin to foster the love of reading. The less time they spend digging through bins, and instead find a labeled section of books they enjoy and spend more time learning to love books!

About my class
