Hello, I have the great privilege of teaching in a small, rural, community school. My students come from varying degrees of incomes. With only approximately 350 students in grades 6-12, our school is one of the most up-and-coming schools in the state in terms of test scores and academic achievement. It is rare to have such successful students in an increasingly diminishing rural setting. The success is because these students have a strong desire to further themselves and do great things with their lives.
