My second grade classroom is a part of a Science Magnet School located in California. Most of our school is primarily a low socioeconomic student population. However, I am proud to say that our API is at 880 and that we are a California Recognized Distinguished School.
My students are some of the hardest working students I know. They set goals and meet them. They are highly enthusiastic when it comes to learning each and everyday. There is a great amount of dedication on behalf of the students, staff, and parents. Everyone is involved and dedicated to achieving academic success.
