We are Harbor City Elementary School located in L.A.U.S.D.'s local district 8. We are a government funded Title I school. Our population is majorly limited English speaking. Most of our families are single parent or single income households. Unfortunately, most of our families do not have the means to offer their children educational resources at home. School is the place where my students get to learn about their community, country and the world in which we live.
