My students are the most amazing seven and eight-year-olds around! Most of them come from economically disadvantaged families. The love and learning we experience in the classroom every day has helped to inspire and change them into little scholars. They enjoy coming to school each and every day to learn and grow in a friendly, academically challenging, and inviting environment! I am constantly amazed by the dedication of my students to learning and studying now so that they can succeed in the future! The projects we share each week bring the classroom into the home. The partnership between family and school grows stronger each day! I am blessed to have the privilege of teaching my students. Through our open dialogue, we have decided that we want to learn more about music together! We have had exciting discussions about what we already KNOW about music, what we WANT to learn about music, and HOW we want to learn it! We can't wait for music class to begin!
