The students here are some of the most passionate, genuinely happy, free-hearted students, who happen to be in a school with very few resources. They yearn to participate and grow with new opportunities that they don't get at home: the need to be inspired, to know that they can do whatever they desire to do, becoming healthy. So moving in class is now a necessity, due to the underactivity. They don't enjoy moving and exercising currently, due to the routine. The school and the students need some vitality and creativity that the iPods would bring. The students live in and attend a school within a community of high poverty, many single parent homes, and 95% free meal environment. The use of technology is very minimal.
