The students I work with are energetic, creative, wonderful fifth graders. Most of my students do not have the opportunity to use technology outside school. The only time they can use a computer is in the classroom. All of my students receive free breakfast and lunch.
Many of my students do not come from ideal home settings, but you wouldn't know it by watching them. They work hard every day and are motivated to do their best. I am inspired by their determination to learn. There is a tremendous amount of pressure facing these students, but they are up to the challenge! This technology can make the difference for them.
