The students in my Academic Literacy class are in 6th through 8th grade. They're earnest, hardworking and funny - they just need a little extra support and exposure when it comes to understanding and implementing key academic concepts.
Like the rest of their generation, my students are avid consumers of all things digital. They're excited to use computers both in school and in their daily lives. They're always eager to use our classroom computers; however, there's only so much they can do with what we have.
