My students are English Learners receiving free or reduced lunch. They are eager to learn. However, there are several factors that interfere with their learning. They have limited English and therefore, require additional support. They benefit greatly by being presented with many visuals in order to help with their comprehension. Our school has outdated technology because of funding. Our school still uses old projectors and because of copy right laws, there are many things we are unable to copy and project, making it difficult for students to see materials I use in class.
