We have a high percent of students who receive free/reduced meals. Our school provides their school supplies and does a great job of funding our classrooms to the best of their ability. However, a STEM class uses a LOT of consumables! We do amazing work and learn so much from all of our hands on projects. Additionally, I teach drama, and we have an amazing group of young actors who write their own plays as well as performing commercially available scripts. As you can probably understand, that requires a lot of work, props, costumes, and tech to pull off.
