The students I currently work with are in 4th and 5th grade, but have a cognitive ability of a 2nd or 3rd grader. These students enjoy learning and love opportunities to explore their learning through hands on activities. The public school these students attend tries to provide a least restrictive environment with modification and accommodations that fit each student's learning needs. Through the support of people like you, these students will be given more opportunities to learn their math skills through differentiation.
