My students will use the printer for their in-class written projects. They will no longer go to a public library or ask someone to print their written homework or assignments. They can also use the printer to print their ELA written assignments as they choose to stay for an after school coaching class.
Students who do not own a printer or computer at home may benefit more from this project. In previous years, a number of students could not turn in their homework assigned online due to no access to technology. It will also be beneficial to me as a math teacher because of limited access (availability of time) to the copier/printer.
