My students are quiet and shy yet eager to learn and grow. Our school is a Title 1 school in a rural town on the Windward side of O‘ahu. Our school is located in a predominately rural, low-income neighborhood with a considerable portion of children of Hawaiian ancestry as well as other ethnic groups from the Pacific Islands. Our school consists of different socioeconomic and educational backgrounds.
