I teach in Title III School. Our population is low income and therefore with limited resources. As we gradually go back to school, our students are in great need of having the necessary supplies for our hybrid class to function. We do not have enough chargers for our electronic devices. Our charging station is limited to one power strip and students have to take turns to charge devices. During live sessions it is hard for students to concentrate because only few students have headphones. As the students turn on their mic to respond, the static noise disrupts the class flow. After live sessions students are to work on different assignments online but get easily distracted and disrupted. This happens because several students are working without headphones.
Headphones and charging devices will allow students to be successful learners without distractions or worries that their device will lose power during the lessons.
Thank you for generosity to help my students have a successful learning journey!
