I'm a high school Spanish teacher. I try to include a variety of activities in my classroom. We change the set up of the classroom multiple times during one class period, sometimes students are sitting in collaborative groups at tables, sometimes we're sitting in a double circle of chairs, working in pairs and sometimes we move all the furniture to interact as a whole group. The desks and chairs we have right now are metal and extremely bulky and heavy, they take up so much room and are hard to move. In my ideal classroom, the desks and chairs would be stackable and light, so students could move seamlessly between activities. Thank you!
