My four, five, and six year old students love engaging in play activities. As well, they truly are eager to learn. There are so many educational games that young children can learn from while feeling like they are playing. These games are available as free applications on tablets. Unfortunately, many of my students do not have tools of reinforcement, such as tablets, in their homes. Many of them cannot afford these, now common, technological items.
Having Amazon Fire tablets in our classroom will afford my students the opportunities that many children their age have been engaged with for years. Technology is a driving force in their generation. Please help my students have this opportunity!
