I am a teacher of 33 years with most of my teaching experience working in the middle school level. I am currently working as both a Math Interventionist and an Instructional Coach which means that I am helping students to fill gaps in their learning of math concepts and skills, and also helping teachers to become more effective in the classroom by using research-based best practices, effective teaching strategies, and using data to drive their instruction. My goal is for all students to make two years of growth during this school year which would make 100% of the students scoring proficient or higher on the state's high-stakes standardized testing. In order to accomplish this goal, students, teachers, administrators, parents, and the community will have to be involved. These students deserve no less than the best and by helping them to achieve, we are ensuring our own future. Please consider lending us a hand!
