My students are 232 sixth, seventh, and eighth graders who play band instruments. Most of them began studying in fourth grade but many have added or changed instruments along the way. We are a junior high school that is a close knit community with an excellent population of students and dedicated teachers. Our music department is dynamic, offering choral, band, and orchestral ensembles as well as classes in music theory, composition, and piano. Since there are so many students and only one recording studio, use of the studio is primarily reserved for the eighth graders.
