I teach STEM to students in kindergarten through grade six. The students enjoy coming to the STEM lab each week because they know it is a time for exciting, hands-on learning. One of the favorite topics we cover is that of electrical circuitry.
I have many of the materials needed for this unit (battery holders, wires, switches, buzzers, motors, and lights) but lack a few key items - namely fresh batteries, tape, and electrical putty - to make this unit even more rewarding for my little circuit builders!
I love seeing their faces brighten when they build a working circuit!
