For my next year, I am looking forward to my group of amazing ELL second graders. My school is Pre-Kindergarten to third grade, and it is located in a low income neighborhood. The majority of the students that attend this school are ELL students. It is important to provide my students with extra support in the English language, especially during reading. Students need to be comfortable with their native language in order to develop fluency in a second language. I am excited to begin next year with students who are eager to learn!
