My students are dedicated learners who come to school eager to learn. The school where I teach services students of low socioeconomic status and are English language learners. Many of my students fall into these groups and need many different modalities to not only learn the English language but build the essential skills to learn how to read. My students and I try and make do with what we have in class but by no means is this enough.
They take advantage of every opportunity that they have. Please support them by helping our class get materials to prepare them and set them up for a lifetime of learning and success.
