My students attend a public school in a low-income neighborhood. Our teachers need to be resourceful in getting even the basic supplies into our classrooms.
Many of my students come from unpredictable and chaotic home environments. School is one of the few or the only predictable place in their lives. I try to keep my classroom as organized and predictable for my students. All of the supplies for this project will assist in creating an organized, predictable, safe place for my students.
