In my class we have 32 students and half of them are students who are English Language Learners. Many of my students are from low-income families and our school is about 70-75% free and reduced lunch. This group of kids is excited to learn about new things and is always eager to show me what they have learned and what they can do. I am always amazed at their enthusiasm and curiosity. Our kids love to look at books, but the area to do it in is just not that exciting.
