Our students score in the 95th percentile on the STAR exam for English. 95% pass the CAHSEE as sophomores. Our API score is 948. My students are excellent but their experience is limited by our book budget. Currently, I am given under $2 per student per year to replace damaged books and purchase new titles. As we read three or four works every semester, this funding is not sustainable. In short, I am looking for donations so that I can buy books for my students.
