I am a high school special education teacher in Maine.I have 17 AMAZING students, who are self contained, meaning that they are with me in our classroom all day. Our school is an inner city school with limited funds to improve student achievement. My students are often forgotten about outside of my classroom. However, they see my room as a second home that is full of love, and enthusiasm for their success.
