As an educator, I firmly believe in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable to express themselves and explore new ideas. I strive to nurture a classroom culture that values respect, empathy, and collaboration. This foundation allows students to take risks in their learning without fear of failure. At the same time, I'm committed to challenging my students and pushing them to reach their full potential. I believe in high expectations, but I pair those expectations with high levels of support.
